Achievementy budou na všech platformách stejné, s rozdílem odměn a bodů. Některé achievementy ovšem mohou obsahovat potencionální spoilery. Achievementů je celkem padesát, přičemž 4 z nich jsou tajné a několik z nich multiplayerové, které nejspíš na PC verzi, jako obvykle, nebudou.
Z achievementů je možno se dozvědět pár informací. Jako např. vylepšování sídla, které známe z Assassin's Creed 2. Speciální mise i po dohrání hry. Jakési sledovací minihry (úkoly). Sbírání stránek pro almanach. Nahrazení Leonarda Benjaminem Franklinem. Kluby, které by nejspíš měly nahradit frakce z minulých dílů. Osvobozování částí měst. Opětovná možnost "v(y)stoupit" z nebo do Animu. Či naučení se, "Desmond's Fate".
